Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, international orders are not available at this time.


Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping rates will also be displayed at checkout.


Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders
For products available for pre-order, shipping will commence once the product is in stock. We will provide estimated shipping dates when possible. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will typically ship together once all items are available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly based on factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather disruptions.


Order Protection
We include Order Protection on all shipments to ensure your package is covered in case of loss, damage, or theft during transit.

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, reach out to our customer support team, and we will work to locate or replace your order.
  • Delays: While rare, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our consumable products, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@trysoula.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
