I started using colostrum from a different company that's more widely known and it did wonders for my health. The entire time I was taking it I never got sick. And that was a couple years. Anyway I got tired of paying so much and I like the fact that this was liposomal so I wanted to try it. This is my new colostrum! I don't know if it's because it's liposomal or what but it mixes in the water without clumping like the other brand. Also the fact that it can make it further into my gut is a huge huge bonus! I highly recommend it and I have recommended to my family and friends already!
This is great colostrum. I’ve been taking colostrum on and off for like the last 10 years. I first heard about it I was doing research on what I could do for recurring yeast infections I kept getting. Which led me to leaky gut and how much the gut impacts everything in our bodies. And how leaky gut can cause chronic yeast infections, autoimmune things, fatigue… I still don’t understand why its not talked about more. But Colostrum kept coming up in the books and articles I was reading as something that could help seal the gut lining. So I started taking it, and over time, the chronic yeast infections stopped I was taking other things too so I’m sure it was a combination, but really happy I’m not dealing with it anymore. But since then, I haven’t been consistent with colostrum and recently I’ve been seeing it everywhere and was like why am in not taking this daily. I came across SOULA and really liked how they are whole colostrum and liposomal. You can tell the product is really high-quality. I’ve been super happy with it.

Does not dissolve at all so it’s wasted in your glass. Very clumpy. Thought I would just put it directly into my mouth and take it that way. It sticks in your teeth and everywhere in your mouth. Will not be buying anymore.

You’re right that SOULA doesn’t dissolve quite like other powders. That’s actually by design, and one of the key things that sets it apart. Most colostrum powders on the market are defatted to improve mixability — but removing the fat also strips away many of the most important nutrients: immune-supporting bioactives, gut-repairing growth factors, and fat-soluble vitamins.
We made the intentional decision to keep SOULA whole and unprocessed to preserve those benefits. The result is a richer, more nutrient-dense powder — but yes, it can be a bit clumpy in water.
Many customers find it works best when blended with a frother or mixed into smoothies, yogurt, or warm (not hot) water — let it sit for a minute, then stir again. Some people even enjoy it straight — though we know the texture isn’t for everyone.

I was kinda feeling off for a while, not sick or anything just low energy and was having some gut issues. Since I started taking SOULA, I feel way more normal again. More steady, more clear, just better. I also love that it’s liposomal. Most of the stuff I take is, because I know it helps my body actually absorb it. So that was a big deal for me. Really glad I added this to my daily routine. I take it every morning now. I even started giving it to my dog she’s 14 and has way more energy lately. It’s honestly been cool to see.
