I noticed a big difference in my hair texture and growth just within a few weeks of taking this. My hairdresser even noticed my hair felt thicker. I opt to take two scoops directly without adding it water or smoothies. It's been much easier for me to remember this way and it has a pleasant easy taste and consistency compared to other supplements that are too chalky, too powdery or too sweet.
